Returns & Exchange Policy
Returns
We accept returns within 3 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Exchange
Exchanges for a different size or color of the same item are available, subject to availability.
Exchanges are free of charge for orders within India.

Our Policy
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, Items purchased from Rasik Mansa are eligible for return or exchange, if returned within 5 days of delivery.
All items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and unused, with their original maxbone tags attached and the original packaging included.
The following items are not eligible to be returned:
Customised/Personalized product for reasons like design/colour changes
Rasik Mansa reserves the right to reject any returned product that does not comply with the above stated return policy.
Rejected items will be sent back to the original shipping address at the customer’s expense.
Return and Exchange Procedure
Please follow the steps below to submit a return request for exchange:

2. Retrieve your order details, such as your Order Number, and email us at email id
3. Write to us detailing why you wish to exchange the product, including a video if possible.
4. We will review your request and respond via email. Following our confirmation, please send us the parcel as it is.
Once we receive the parcel, please allow up to 14 business days for our team to process your return package. After inspecting and approving the returned items, Rasik Mansa will issue a refund using the selected method, and a confirmation email will be sent to you.
