If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may submit a return request for refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

All items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and unused, with their original maxbone tags attached and the original packaging included.

The following items are not eligible to be returned:

Customised/Personalized product for reasons like design/colour changes

Rasik Mansa reserves the right to reject any returned product that does not comply with the above stated return policy.

Rejected items will be sent back to the original shipping address at the customer’s expense.

Return and Exchange Procedure

 

Please follow the steps below to submit a return request for exchange:

1. Visit rasikmansa.co on your web browser.

2. Retrieve your order details, such as your Order Number, and email us at support@rasikmansa.co.

3. Write to us detailing why you wish to exchange the product, including a video if possible.

4. We will review your request and respond via email. Following our confirmation, please send us the parcel as it is.

Once we receive the parcel, please allow up to 14 business days for our team to process your return package. After inspecting and approving the returned items, Rasik Mansa will issue a refund using the selected method, and a confirmation email will be sent to you.
